Sectional doors made of steel, steel/aluminium combination or aluminum stand out with their perfect design. The doors have a powerful motor system and integrated switch system equipped with a special brake device. Galvanized material is used in the metal parts outside the drum. Loading Systems
Loading systems; There are two types: loading ramp and loading bellows.
Loading ramp
The Loading Ramp is a very useful ramp that is buried in concrete and does not take up any space, with its hydraulic equipment and harmony of design. The loading ramp increases work efficiency by shortening the loading time and adapts to every vehicle in loading and unloading with its high movement range. It is easy to use thanks to its hydraulic and electrical compatibility, and prevents the forklift from slipping thanks to the teardrop patterned sheet metal it is manufactured from. Due to its structure, you can adjust its level according to the vehicle height. The loading ramp we recommend for use includes two different models: hinged and telescopic. Telescopic loading ramps are ramps with extending flaps, especially for container loading, when the flap of the hinged ramps is not sufficient. Manufactured from 600 mm to 1000 mm, the 12/13 mm thick hydraulic flap provides an excellent solution for container loading. Our Loading Ramp products can be manufactured in any RAL colors.
Loading Bellows
Loading Bellows are an indispensable part of loading systems. It acts as a leak-proof bridge between the building and the truck bodies during loading and unloading in warehouse or warehouse buildings. It prevents heat and air passage. It creates a solid structure with the quality of the material it is made of. It is manufactured in two ways: leaf type and inflatable type. It is a leaf type scissor system and protects itself against vehicle impacts. It inflates with the help of an inflatable fan and traps the vehicle in the bellows. Inflatable type is effective in both air transitions and heat transitions.
Quick Shutter
Quick shutter is manufactured from aluminum polyurethane material. Fast shutter is a rolling door system that can operate at a speed of 2.5-3 m/sec. The standard operating speed of the door is 1m/sec. Due to its special structure, it is an insulated door and saves you energy. While the floor profile prevents dust and wind from coming from outside, it also ensures that the door lands softly on the ground. German origin engine system with digital encoder, inverter (soft take-off and landing), and inverter panel with display are used. It saves space with spiral collection. In case of power outage, it can be opened and closed with a manual lever. Aesthetic appearance is achieved with aluminum pallets. Fast shutter is the ideal solution for indoor/outdoor environments in factories, warehouse doors, garage doors, elevator (freight elevator) doors. Fire Resistant Door
Fire Resistant Door’s production purpose is to protect human health and isolate it from the effects of smoke gas. The fire door ensures safe escape. Fire escapes should be created and special fire doors that do not transmit heat and smoke should be used. In addition to the spring hinge that allows the door to close automatically, more frequent use can be achieved with the optional hydraulic arm. There are two different models in our product range: single-winged and double-winged. Stainless shin guards can be applied under the wings if desired. In accordance with the fire door regulations, there are models with 60, 90 and 120 minutes fire resistance. 150kg/m³ rock wool, 12.5 mm fire-resistant plasterboard and 128kg/m³ ceramic wool are used as door filling material.
